The report presents the performance of the Directorate of Community Service for the financial year 2020/2021.  The Directorate focused on the delivery of better quality service to the offenders serving communty service sentences through building on the achievemets and best practices of the previous financial year as well as strengthening it’s relationship with other stakeholders.

The Directorate received new 21 officers who underwent induction, orientation and training. It also encountered various challenges such as Covid-19 restrictions which affected the execution of community service activities.
