On February 7, 2025, Under Secretary of Ministry of Internal Affiars, Dorothy Nsereko, presided over the graduation of 25 Community Service Officers who had completed a 2-week motorcycle training course at Kibuli Police Driving School. She highlighted the importance of non-custodial community service alternatives to help alleviate prison overcrowding.

CP Michael Mugabi from the Uganda Police Force also emphasized the significance of risk management & safety while riding. The graduates received motorcycles from @UNODC_EA to assist in Offender supervision and community reintegration
